Overnight oats with grated apple, berries & peanut butter

A deliciously guilt-free way to start the day…

INGREDIENTS

Overnight oats:

50g rolled porridge oats

50g frozen berries (brambles)

100ml cold tap water or oat milk

1/2 gala apple (or other sweet variety), coarsely grated

1/4tsp ground cinnamon

Topping:

Plant-based sweetener (maple syrup)

1/2 tbsp nut butter (crunchy peanut butter)

METHOD

Place the oats, berries, apple and cinnamon in a bowl and stir well. Pour over with the water (or milk) and stir to combine. Cover and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Spoon into small mason jars before serving and top with a drizzle of maple syrup and the nut butter. Absolutely Delicious. Enjoy x
