Hello I’m misterrands, a ‘plant-based, healthy & mindful’ recipe developer


I create delicious and healthy meals that anyone can cook. My recipes guide you step-by-step using the simple tools & tricks that I learnt at the world’s best culinary schools and in the kitchen at the ‘world’s best restaurant’. So whether you’re a first-time chef or a long-time chef, my aim is to help busy people like you make crowd-pleasers with ease, every time.

All the recipes were created and developed in my farmhouse kitchen overlooking the beautiful North York Moors national park in Yorkshire and tested by me, my wife Jo and our toddler, Isabella (and no doubt our Chihuahua, Poppy, too!). My aim is for the food to be simple to make, healthy, sustainable and super-tasty….I hope you enjoy x


You’ll also find some food journalism and photography here too. I’m fortunate enough to have travelled the world to interview the world’s best chefs and photograph and write about their restaurants. So, whether it’s London (where we used to live), New York or Paris or something more exotic like Thailand, Mauritius or Abu Dhabi, I hope you’ll find something to tickle your taste buds!
