A Devilishly-good vegan chocolate pot

A delicious AND healthy vegan chocolate dessert? That’s right!…

Serves | 4

INGREDIENTS

150g silken tofu, drained

2tbsp extra virgin olive oil

150ml plant-based milk of choice

60g 100% cocoa powder

25g coconut oil

50g maple syrup

1tsp vanilla essence

Sea salt, pinch of

Serve with:

berries of choice (raspberries and blueberries work well)

chilli flakes, little pinch of (optional)

METHOD

Heat the milk, tofu and coconut oil on medium for around 3 mins and whisk until smooth and creamy. Add everything else and continue to whisk until the chocolate has completely melted and everything is combined. Allow to cool then add to four small mason jars. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours then serve with a little pinch of chilli flakes (if using) and a few berries. Absolutely Delicious. Enjoy x
